L’enregistrement du départ tardive le soir ont me dit de vérifier la disponibilité avec l’équipe du matin et le matin on me dit c’est pas possible alor qu’avant la réservation j’ai bien préciser départ tardive et ont m’a répondu c’est possible pour 50€

I like free drinking water near of reception.

It’s definitely not 4 star hotel like in advertising. Was no possible use air condition. I asked about invoice when we had entrance, they promise to prepare till check out… in checkout time it was not ready… they promise to send it by email because our taxi waited us. Then nobody not send nothing by email. Breakfast was so simple.

However, there were a few things that I found inconvenient. The parking area under the building is quite narrow, and the gate does not open automatically. Each time I needed to enter or leave with my car, I had to wait for the receptionist to open the gate or contact reception for assistance. In addition, access to the elevator was not very convenient. There was no button or access card available, so we had to wait downstairs for someone to activate the elevator whenever we needed to use it. Overall, these issues affected the convenience of the stay and could be improved to provide a better guest experience.

L'hotel està molt ben situat, a Part Dieu, en una zona de creixement on potser falta algun servei però està ben comunicat amb el centre. El personal és jove però molt atent i he comprovat que resolien totes les situacions que anaven apareixent

Comparant amb altres hotels de la mateixa categoria, caldria renovar alguns elements de les instal·lacions, sobretot al bany i la dutxa que, tot i que són correctes i fan la funció que han de fer, potser no tenen totes les comoditats d'altres hotels semblant
