Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown by IHG

I very much enjoyed the accommodations. The only issue I had was the valet.

Breakfast average. Location to events more than 10 stars. Literally 4 minute walk to stadiums. Staff very friendly and attentive.

First night, couldn’t sleep, had to turn on the radio to block noises in the wall. Yes, I said noises in the room wall. Found out the next day it was elevator noises, in an old building. Even though I wasn’t near an elevator. Next day a new room. All was better.

We really liked the hotel! The staff was very helpful. My only suggestion is it would be nice to have one more bath towel in the bathroom.

More bath towels.

The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and positive, and a joy to be around. Being across from Rocket Mortgage Field House was perfect to see the concert we attended! The location was absolutely perfect to walk around downtown and see plenty of fun things and get some of the best food around.

The elevators were slow and gave most people we encountered in them anxiety as the doors took a while to open. And valet was so busy during check out from all of the concert attendees that the two drivers looked like they were being run ragged, but they were so polite and happy to help us through it, they just needed some extra hands during the busy time.

Great location to most tourist destinations and restaurants/entertainment.

Very expensive parking. Having a meal plan versus buffet included.
