Hyatt Place Springdale - Zion National Park

Breakfast was the best we had on our vacation vs the other hotels we stayed at. And the bed was so very comfortable!! We loved our stay! I also loved and appreciated how close it was to the city bus stop. We hopped on the free bus and it took us right to the national park - no waiting lines, no headache, etc. Then after our fun at the national park, we hopped back on the city bus that came right into the park, and it dropped us off right at the hotel.

The bathroom doors were a little wonky - but I think maybe it was just our bathroom door. We figured out the sliding door and had no issues wit hit after awhile.

Easy to find. Wonderful views of the beautiful scenery (see pictures). Close proximity to Zion NP. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and one of the local Springdale Trolly stops. Nice room. Good shower and sink area.

The room didn’t have a strike plate for the door. Had to make sure the door closed when leaving b/c it didn’t close well automatically. Second, the building we were in did not have an elevator. Elevator installation is planned for late 2026 so this is on the way to being remedied. Hopefully, the maintenance team will notice the door doesn’t close securely, and install a strike plate.

Very clean rooms and hotel in general with an amazing staff.

The property was clean, rooms comfortable, close to park and restaurants, close to shuttle stop, great breakfast, and friendly staff.

Room didn’t have small frig
