Had a GREAT experience upon walk in! Was able to check in early because the room was already available. The front desk staff the whole stay were personable, helpful with suggestions, and overall a blast to talk to. Some guests were extremely messy, including tracking water from the pool everywhere. Staff was on top of it! They were constantly cleaning up behind these messy guests. Would definitely stay here again should I come to the area.

Great stay! We were greeted warmly by staff and they did a great job outlining what amenties were available. We will certainly stay again if we need to visit the area again.

Room is spacious although the bed wasn’t good at all, mattress was bad, not a good night sleep. Woke up with back pain. The toilet lever wasn’t working properly.

Nasty smell in the room. No housekeeping service … « oh yep they forgot but you can make your bed yourselves! ». The hotel was obviously not full. The front desk should have given us a different room. No late check out possible for the next day either. Would strongly advise you to go somewhere else .
