The room has the carpet wet due to the AC water leaking which it wasn’t address and refused to swap us to another room. The odor was bad due to the damp carpet.

The Hyatt at Las Colinas is great. We are older (in our 70s), and traveling has become increasingly more difficult. Hyatt made a big difference for us in several ways. The hotel allows you to leave your car in the parking lot during your travels when flying out of DFW, they shuttle you back and forth from the hotel and the rooms are very spacious with places to lay out suitcase and organize things.

Excellent hotel tucked away in the Las Colinas area. Staff is very helpful. Dewey at the front desk is awesome and always willing to go the extra mile to help you out.

The staff were exceptional. I arrived very early and knew it may be a while before I could get into my room, but Monica got me in and situated! It was great to have some down time and a little sleep before my big meeting that afternoon. Dewey worked the evening shift and helped me with food and drink and took very good care of me helping me schedule the airport shuttle to DFW in the morning. Note: bring cash for tips! They don’t accept tips on credit cards nor any kind of electronic tips. The room was clean and I felt safe (two very important things as someone who has to travel for work). This place is great.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean. The bed was not at all comfortable for me and others I stayed with felt the same. No microwave in the room was disappointing.
