The Staff was very helpful hotel was clean overall a good stay

Everything was superb

Gym was open 24 hours. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The room has good AC.

The shower was not very clean. The food was not good, and limited options. The hotel is near nothing.

Location

Our reservation was 3 persons 2 bedrooms including breakfast. The restaurant desk attendant refused saying that the room number was not included in the list with him. So the breakfast was refused to third person. The other room was double bed for 2 persons, the restaurant desk accepted 2 persons for breakfast. When asked why did he refuse the third person, he rudely stated we should go ask the front desk, we asked him to check with the front desk he stated it was not his job. At the time of check out I told the front desk representative and he said he authorized the restaurant guy but he neither informed us nor allowed the breakfast to third person. We understand this was a simple human error, the attitude of the restaurant representative is not acceptable. The front desk admitted the error and apologized. We seek Rs55 refund for outside breakfast for one person. Other than this issue everything was good.
