First of all, I would like to give a big thank you to Mr. Turki for being an exceptional host. We had an issue with the booking but he went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. He was there throughout to assist us. The hotel is very nice and better than the overall rating of the hotel. The rooms were large and beds were very comfortable. The pool was also very nice. Breakfast was delicious and had good options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider staying here again. Lastly, again a big thank you to Mr. Turki!

Usually hotels provide 2 bathing towels for a stay of 2-3 people. There was only 1 bathing towel but it was not big of an issue. You can always ask for an additional one.

The staff was very accommodating, especially Turki and Mohammed. They helped us with everything, Turki even went an extra mile to facilitate us with breakfast and late checkout. The rooms were big and clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was clean and nice (could have been bigger) and I had a great time with my family. Would recommend others.

مكان الفندق جيد وايضا موظف الاستقبال محمد

اولا دخلنا المطعم للفندق واكلنا سناكس خفيف خلال وقت العشاء وخرجنا من المطعم للغرفة ورجعنا ثاني مرة للمطعم قاموا بعدم ادخالي للمطعم انا وعائلتي وعند سؤالهم قالو الدخول مره واحده . ثانيا الطعام مستواه سئ جدا . ثالثا حمام السباحة غير نظيف بالمرة رابعا الشوار جل وسائل غسيل اليدين خالص من قبل استلام الغرفة
