The location to Terminal 2

Ordered a pizza at the bar. What we received was arguably the worst pizza we had ever received. A Marguerita, the base still doughy, minimal topping (and I mean minimal). The cheese topping was not Mozzarella as advertised, but Cheddar type cheese. Received a refund, but the damage was done. We even overheard the bar staff complaining to their manageress that the so called Chef was causing them a great deal of problems due to complaints . Instead of booking the planned evening meal in the restaurant, we made the journey to the food hall at the terminal and got sandwiches and the like from good old M&S. Back to the Crowne Plaza in future. A bit more distance to travel, but a much better experience overall.

Good location with an easy walk to T2.

Very high prices throughout...the bar...the food....even a bag of Maltesers was priced at over £6.... Don't think we will stay again

Easy access to airport and station via walkway. Large comfortable bed. Great breakfast with plenty of choice.

The room was very warm and aircon inefficient. Part of the pool area was roped off for private children's swimming lessons and parents were sat on sun loungers so use of pool area was restricted.

It is so convenient for an overnight layover in Manchester, I was staying the second time around. Breakfast is great, especially the Bloody Mary station, unique and fun even if you’re not going to add the vodka 🙂 generally a good night sleep as well.

It is getting a little dated, a little decor update would be nice. Carpets not all that clean.

The breakfast was very good but the choice more limited than in Pitlochry Hydro where I stayed in March.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Ideally located to get to your gate swiftly. Particularly handy for an early morning flight.
