Windsor Inn Hotel

Friendly 24 hour staff. Easy check in process. Fresh, hot coffee in the lobby by 7 every morning and tea and water available at all times. Very convenient location on a metro bus line. Room was small with little room to store clothes but clean and worked well for a solo trip.

The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The shower heads didn’t work properly and parking isn’t available.

Die Lage des Hotels in Washington ist sehr gut. Bus fährt quasi direkt vor dem Hotel ab. In wenigen Minuten ist man in einer Einkaufsstrasse mit Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Hotel hat einen historischen Charme. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Die Größe der Zimmer unterschiedlich. Das Bad war ordentlich und man hatte dort sogar zwei Haken.

Wir hatten keinen Platz die Koffer auszupacken. Sehr wenig Stauraum. Notgedrungen haben wir immer am Vorabend die Koffer auf dem Bett geöffnet und die notwendigen Dinge für den nächten Tag umgepackt. Ein einziges Regal. Keine Schränke oder Haken, nur im Bad. Die Lage der Zimmer ist sehr unterschiedlich, unseres zeigte auf einen tristen Hinterhof.

I am not going to complain anything regarding to the location, facilities , because good value of money.but the staff ,if I would rate ,I would like to give score of staff 0.

The staff is not friendly and welcoming at all.I booked my hotel with my wife name but with my credit card,for some reasons my wife did not come with us.The staff refused me to check in.I fully understand the hotel policy, but as reception, she should she must have a plenty knowdge to suggest us to do something or even would help me to update details on her inner system .because that is my credit card.Luckily another guests beside us help us to update all the details on booking.com(it only took 1mins).I hope your hotel would employ the staff more friendly and welcoming but not ONLY KNOW TO SAY I DON'T KNOW RUDE AND CARELESSLY.
