Excellent walking location and helpful staff

The amenity charge was a surprise. It should just be included in the quoted rate.

I liked everything.

Location, breakfast offered, charming patio, good tree shade, delicious biscochito cookies, choice of newspapers. Good shower! We stayed for a week and never had a parking problem.

Desk clerk was a bit churlish, not expected after a long 9-hour drive. When I told her my request for a kitchenette room had never been answered, though a previous query had been answered quite promptly, she smiled and said “We suggest that all our guests not use Booking.com.” Fortunately the man overseeing breakfast was very pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Thank you to him! Other difficulty: we were given the wheelchair accessible room with no sink in the bathroom so the enormous king-sized bed made accessing the sink on the opposite side of the room difficult. No table or desk for our food items, so we moved a small table from the bathroom to the side of the fridge and used our large igloo in the bathroom for those necessities.

I am a returning guest here. Love everything about this place. Perfect location to walk into downtown and easy parking for cars including a charging point. Spacious rooms, extremely helpful staff and wonderful complimentary breakfast.

The most amazing feature of this property is its staff. This is a family owned motel and their customer service is outstanding.

Our casita with private patio was spacious and charmingly decorated. And it was nicely quiet. The bed was very comfortable. There was even a little wood burning fireplace, although we did not have the opportunity to use it. The included breakfast had plenty of options including proteins, cereals and fruits.

I would have liked regular coffee in addition to the pinion coffee.

Love the location and atmosphere of this motel and inn. It was quiet and everyone was so helpful with all my questions about Santa Fe. We also enjoyed being able to walk downtown.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit genügend Parkplätzen vorhanden. Liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Frühstück hat Luft nach oben. Es fehlten uns Toast und Orangensaft.
