St Helens Hotel, Dublin

Breakfast was average,

The irish staff in the restaurant were excellent but the foreign staff in the restaurant were nice but never came back to us with our water or dessert. Its like they were not concentrating at all. The irish staff got it immediately when asked.

Perfect in every way - even down to dealing with guests across the passage whose noisy children were still performing at 10pm. Immaculate presentation of the hotel, food and staff.

The staff were so friendly and helpful in every way Our room was exceptional with plenty of mineral water supplied along with fresh milk and cookies The hotel is very accessible with plenty of parking spaces available

One night wasn’t enough so we will go back there shortly

Too much British. Carpet everywhere.

St Helen’s is a delightful place with excellent, friendly staff. As a local resident, I visit the Hotel fairly frequently for a coffee or soft drink. Sadly (and very regrettably), I’ve noticed the price of a coffee and, separately, sparking water (Ballygowan) increase significantly over the last few months! This will undoubtedly discourage locals from coming to St Helen’s for a social drink. I strongly suggest that the new Management reconsider these price rises, particularly in the overall context of a cost of living crisis which is affecting so many people.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were amazing! Really quiet rooms and a great night sleep for all.

It was quite confusing at times as to which floor you were on!
