Very nice place, all staff are very friendly, good breakfast. Everything nice and clean.

Bathtub looks very used and old.

Завтраки были слабоваты, как для отеля 5 звезд. В номерах не было тапочек и халатов, ложечки для обуви.

Absolutely stunning! What an amazing property. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the grounds were amazing. Enjoyed the breakfast and having drinks in the lounge in the evening.

Location is brilliant.

We have stayed here multiple times and this time felt different. Reception staff at check in were excellent. We stayed in room 241. I felt the room was quite tired, comfortable but old. There is a loose tile on the floor in the bathroom. The shower over the bath was terrible, my husband is a big man and could not shower correctly in such a small space. We ate in the bar, we found the menu quite poor with limited options. For the first time, there was no one coming to the table for asking if we needed drinks etc, we had to call people at all times. Staff at breakfast were lovely. We finished breakfast outside and found the area very dirty and unkept. There was leaves all over the patio which was lined with dead pot plants all around the wall. Some tlc needed in this area.

KEPT UP WITH PARTY IN ADJOINING ROOM TOOK STAFF A LONG TIME TO SORT OUT. I ACCEPTED AN UPGRADE DEAL FOR MY NEXT STAY - THIS WAS CANCELED DUE TO A COMPUTER ERROR LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE MY STAY - THEY RELOCATED ME TO A VERY POOD ROOM IN THE MALDRON
