"Staff, parking were excellent. Randy was very helpful."

Bed was extremely high for a short person. I had to go between the wall and the bed - get one knee up on the bed and push my other foot against the wall to get on bed. I have arthritis in my hips - very difficult. Pillows were terrible.

"A normally good experience was ruined by spring hockey players and parents not caring about follow guests."

Location. Clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, this time, it was noisy. From kids running around inside and outside, to adults partying in the hallway, the stay was disappointing.
