"Everything went well and it was nice,we would stay again next time."

The staff was nice and we were able to check in earlier as we wanted to freshen up a bit when we arrived. The room was nice and clean as well.The location was very good mostly nearby stations and landmarks. We were able to keep out luggage in storage until evening and it was safe.Overall experience and stay was very good.Thank you.

There was a little worry some when suddenly there was alarm during the evening but it stops. We were woken up we check outside if there was fire or something but nothing.

I know the Ibis chain quite well and this is without doubt one of their very best. Welcome was friendly and not perfunctory so. Room had a fabulous view of the Citadella and totally quiet. Perfect location for airport bus.

On 9 floors, it could benefit from more than 2 lifts.

"Really nice hotel, nice staff, great food and fab location"

The room was really nice, comfortable, and very clean. I could have done with another cushion and one thing I did miss was tea or coffee facilities, which is why I gave a 9 and not a 10. The breakfast was superb.

Tea and Coffee in the room would have been nice.
