La situación del hotel, la amabilidad de todo el personal, desde el personal de limpieza al de recepción

La bañera del baño, se resbalaba mucho, y es ya incómodo , sobretodo para personas mayores, pero nos pusieron una alfombrilla y solucionamos el problema.

La ubicación es excelente, si quieres moverte sin coche. No hace falta coger ningún vehículo para moverte por la ciudad.

Quizás el desayuno se queda corto. Y el personal en el desayuno no es que esten los más atentos a los huéspedes.

Restauration : Le buffet manque cruellement de diversité. Il semble essentiellement conçu pour une clientèle spécifique, avec une omniprésence de produits à base de porc. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, on s'attend à un choix plus varié d'aliments et d'alternatives permettant de satisfaire tous les régimes alimentaires et cultures. Service : Le point le plus noir de mon séjour concerne la responsable de la salle du petit-déjeuner. Contrairement au reste de l'équipe, cette personne s'est montrée très arrogante et impolie. Son attitude envers les clients est inadmissible ; elle semble oublier qu'elle est là pour le service et non pour diriger l'établissement de manière hautaine. C'est dommage, car le comportement de cette seule personne et le manque d'effort sur la variété du buffet gâchent l'image globale de l'hôtel.
