Amazing location and friendly staff

The apartment was lovely and clean, with a spacious living area with a couch, kitchenette, bed and modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and approachable. The location was good and very walkable to shops and restaurants and the Venetian port. There is also a laundromat and bakery 60m down the street which is super convenient.

We were placed into the basement apartment, which was okay. It was nice and spacious and clean. However, the only window was onto the side walk at foot level. The staff told us that no one could see in the window during the day without lights on inside, this was not the case. People could see in. On the first day, we had a small child wave at us through the window. We also had a homeless lady sit down on the pavement, leaning against the window and smoke cigarettes outside the window. So we had to close the window and blind and had little to no natural light or fresh air into the room for most of our stay. The lights from cars driving up the street at night would also come straight into the window even with the blinds down. Because we were close to reception, we could also hear the receptionist on the phone or people talking in the common area near our room. There is no parking around the hotel (it’s all residential only street parking), we thought the staff would be able to give us some suggestions of where to park - they were unable to. We were able to find a carpark on the west side of the port which was free - approx. 1.3km from the hotel.

We had a lovely stay. The location is central yet in a quiet area, making it perfect for families. The rooms are modern, new, and clean. Great communication.

Cleanliness, location, atmosphere... Everything was perfect

The property was very clean and in a good location. The staff were very accommodating and recommended nice beaches and restaurants for us to try out. We felt very welcomed and the service was top notch! We will definitely be returning again in future!

Nothing

The location is perfect, the hotel is located in the heart of old city, but it is still quiet and peaceful. It takes 10-15 minutes walk to Nea Chora Beach and 10 minutes by bus to Golden Beach. The receptionist was very kind and friendly, and she was happy to answer all our questions. There were numerous breakfast options, mostly vegetarian, made from local products. All in all, we felt very welcomed and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything was great, going back in time we'd probably book a bigger room.

Very nice and helpful staff at the hotel. Breakfast was great from the nearby cafe, it was a short walk to the end of the road. It was conveniently located close to the centre of the city.

Rooms was quite small. It would be nice if the terrace had comfy/soft seating to chill there during the stay.
