Amazing location perfect for exploring Chania. Staff were friendly and helpful with any questions. The room and rooftop terrace were always spotless and everything worked as it should. Bed extremely comfortable too.

"Perfect location, but basic room offering and no sound insulation!"

The location was perfect!

The room booked online was underground which we were not informed and were asked to pay extra of we wanted a room overground. Poor sound insulation and you could hear noise from tenants in rooms, closure of doors and climbing the stairs. No changing of sheets during our 5-day stay.
