Select Inn Breckenridge

The roads were closed so we had to stay in Breckenridge. Select Inn filled our needs. Nothing fancy and reasonably priced. Free breakfast was thin, hot tub was cool but not a big deal. Good staff.

Check in was self serve - dialed 0 from desk phone as instructed, but the cordless phone behind desk rang and rang - when it went to VM the lady appeared. She was nice and helpful. TP only 1 ply. Beds ok - slightly loved. Pillows flat. Chair was worn on armrests. Breakfast - simple as is was, should have included fruit. Outside behind building - 2 window screens were lying in the ground. People were up all night talking outside window, also above us.

This is an older hotel and just needs some cleaning and updates. Like new chairs in the room, the one in our room was very old/dirty. And the drapes were literally full of small holes. Our stay was interrupted at 1:30am by people out partying and coming back to the room right next to us. They kept us up till 4:00am. So it was not a good experience for us and we will not being staying here again.

Not a bad place to rest your head on a hunting trip. Coffee was always available and the rooms were accommodating.

Mostly clean, horrible towels, shower broke, but it was quiet. Very in need of repairs. We will not be back nor suggest it to others. No one at the front desk when we left after 8:00. Back door was not locked at all

Stayed here and the room was clean and comfortable. The upholstered chair in the room is past its good life. The owners need to show pride of ownership. How about if you was the windows in the door to the lobby and the pool. Be careful on the pool deck flooring as it is buckling, trip danger. Stay here with care. Help them to be better.
