it was okay

There were bugs found in the room. Everything was broken and falling apart. Staff was rude.

The shower was not hot. The water was just lukewarm

The bathroom counter was dirty with black marks on it that could have been cleaned. The sheets looked old and wrinkled so I don’t know if they were clean. But the worst thing was the small cockroaches running around the room.

Just wasn’t up to par as other locations I’ve stayed at … wouldn’t stay there again

This is my normal place I stay because I'm homeless I slept well got to take two showers breakfast was great it's clean no bugs. The staff is very friendly and they always very helpful. I would recommend this super 8 in Denton. I have great deals and it's located near lots of food places and the mall things to do.

This hotel is a 0.5/5 at best - this is by far the worst hotel I have stayed, no kidding. This is not a cheap hotel btw, but it looks like the rooms and baths have never been cleaned/upgraded since inception - extremely dirty and unkempt. Made my stay horrible from the first night. Definitely looks nothing like the pictures online and I bet they'd never be getting repeat customers. Ridiculous! And do not reply with the customer service comment - NO, you will not be seeing me again Super8!

Dirty floors, dirty windows, bugs in the bathroom, toilet bowl loose, shower hard to adjust temperature, towels/wash cloths dingy/stained

Old property in need of complete renovation. Bugs and hair in the bathroom, cigarette burns on the vanity, water stains on the ceiling, doors separating, etc etc.
