The Originals City, Hôtel de Bordeaux, Bergerac centre

Bathroom was clean but needs decorating and silicon around bath needs replacing.

Location, friendliness of staff, pool and garden area. The room was very comfortable, with an excellent shower.

An unannounced visit from a maintenance person! However the Manager was very nice about it, apologised and left us a gift of wine.

Noisy - could hear snoring coming from another room, so did not sleep so well. Could hear people stomping around in their rooms. The late night access code didn't work on the back door from the car park. So had to go through dark pathway through the garage door and walk around to the front door to get into hotel late at night.

Excellent location in Bergerac. Lovely breakfast. Hotel basic but very clean. Great little pool area (didn’t use pool, but looked very clean). Staff very friendly and helpful.

Das Hotel liegt an einem zentralen Platz in Altstadtnähe, verfügt über Garage und Pool. Das Zimmer war reinlich und ausreichend groß, auch das Bett. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

In der Lobby verwirrten einen die verspiegelten Bereiche, wenn man nach hinten Richtung Pool ging. Wäre fast in eine Spiegelwand gelaufen. Künstlicher Rasenteppich im Außenbereich wirkt nach einer Weile immer ein bisschen oll.

Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und hat mit allen wichtigen Themen informiert, der Parkplatz war sehr gut zugänglich, das Stadtzentrum fussläufig sehr schnell zu erreichen.

Es war alles sehr gut und es gab unsererseits keine Beanstandung.

The garden is beautiful, the staff are lovely and helpful and the location is perfect just off the old town in a lovely square. The hotel is not bang up to date and modern but it is very clean and comfortable.
