Pour le 3eme séjour bref à Saintes, je suis très satisfaite de cet hôtel. L'accueil du personnel,le confort,la propreté,la situation. Je dois refaire plusieurs Passages à Saintes et j'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Exceptionnellement j'ai été dérangée par le bruit bourdonnant et permanent des tuyaux des radiateurs. Impossible à gérer.J'ignore si ce bruit s'entendaient dans toutes les chambres. En tout cas ce fut gênant.
