The Standard Spa, Miami Beach

My favorite place to staycation in Miami! I wish the staff at the Lido and poolside were better though.

Rooms very basic, very expensive compared to value. Not enough poolside seating. Poor value for money.

Really nice hotel in terms of rooms, gym, pool etc. sadly the service lets it down a bit. You’re often waiting a long time for service around the pool/poolside restaurant. I also went for lunch (spent $100) and returned to find my bag had been removed from the poolside bed - meaning I was left on a cheap plastic chair for the rest of the afternoon. No apologies from the staff, just an explanation that if you’re away from your bed for 30 mins. Normally I wouldn’t mind this, but it should be made clear when you check in that this is the case. It’s incredibly annoying to have gone to spend money in their restaurant and then return to find that you’ve lost your bed for the afternoon. Overall decent but service needs to improve as pretty substandard for what is otherwise a decent hotel.

The layout of of the rooms and the pool were very comfortable.

On of the bed side table didn't have a plug and the lack of light inside the room.

Ustedes me cobraron un valor,y allá cobraban caminar por las instalaciones.No entiendo! Todo me salió al doble d elo pactado con ustedes…no es un engaño?
