Holiday Inn Express Oxford Kassam Stadium, an IHG Hotel

Our room was spacious and the beds comfortable including the sofa bed which our son slept on. The breakfast was good but I wish the tea bags weren't single wrapped. We could see that the other items were presented in a way which would reduce waste so the tea could be done the same. Parking was included as well as breakfast.

Pillows were awful Room was not made up properly after first night TV remote didn’t work nor did the telephone Shortage of soft drink choices at the bar Shower tray dirty

Lovely hotel, it was our first time here… staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for our stay… breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice which was great. Hotel is spotlessly clean, very comfortable. Overall we, as a family, were very impressed.
