Location Friendly staff Cleanliness

Weird plastic sheets on the bed. We spoke to reception as we thought they had forgotten to put sheets on and it was the mattress cover. The staff found some cotton ones and apologized for not having the right size on hand. We ended up taking them and making our own bed putting the sheet we were given over the head half of the bed. Overall a weird thing to go wrong.

Check-in was quick and easy. The staff were very helpful and answered my questions regarding parking and dining and checking out. All staff we came across were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable with plenty of space. I would definitely stay here again if ever I return to Canada.

There was nothing that bugged me about this hotel.

Comfortable modern hotel just outside the main lower village for quiet stay, but easy walk to the ski lift. Rooms were comfortable and large.

The hot tub wasn’t big enough for the size of the hotel and too crowded to use for most of our stay.
