"My stay was pleasant and I would recommend."

The property was clean the staff was efficient and the value was accurate for what I paid. Centrally located to many food places.

The pillows were small but again for what I paid it was sufficient.

Availability of a shuttle to both airport&light rail is a wonderful amenity! When guest coffee machine stopped working it was repaired almost the same day. Even without a car I could walk safely to a nearby small mall&passed a working bus stop. A lovely hotel with hard working staff.

"Maybe next time"

Location and travel friendly

The bathroom sink had NO running water to the entire stay hair dryer wasnt operable an once reported the same day off arrival and the next morning I want offered a different room or a discount. I had to wash hands brush teeth and wash face over the tub. Very disturbing for 100 dollars

"Won’t stay again!"

Convenient location and it was clean.

Asked for Kleenex at front desk and said they couldn’t get us any. Also phone in room had broken handset that wasn’t attached and we were told don’t worry about it when we said we didn’t want to be held responsible for it. Not a very friendly staff and breakfast was a carry out container set up with a sunny D, muffins, a yogurt and a bagel with a chunk of cream cheese wrapped in aluminum foil. Not the breakfast that most Microtel hotels have served us in the past.

Kumar met me at the airport, free shuttle ride. Easy check-in, quiet facility, no issues. I would stay there again

The dirty carpet in hallway; smell in the room and air conditioner cover fall off; Telephone didn't work and no security on the room door.
