the staff was rude and not helpful. the toilet was broken
had a weekend here with my granddaughter pool was good staff friendly generally a good week end the hotel needs updating and general spruce up room was large and clean
The hotel was old (1970's), non-functional (few things worked, worked well or were well stocked) and filthy (even that might be an understatement!) but with more or less pleasant staff. The owner should be ashamed. To be avoided as there are much better (and cheaper) options around even if you must drive. I am surprised that it is on the Expedia website.
Loved the location of the hotel. It is a walking distance to a nice beach. Close to restaurants and souvenir shops. The pool area is clean. They let us check out late, like really late, which was a huge plus and for that i will definitely go back. Although the towels and pillows of my parents room were just fine, ours were too old and need to be changed asap. We've only stayed for one night, and for one night and price it was ok.
Hallways are very dark and not looked after, water all over nearly broke my neck leaking from the wall in the hotel, its a big hotel but bigger is not better.
Loud music playing during the entire day as well as late into yhe evening. We had to endure listening to the same music playing (could hear it through the windows) for a week's time. Paid 30€ for wifi that didn't really work and the service was poor.
For the price, I expected something basic and a bit outdated. The bed sheets were clean which was good. A few unacceptable points though; the bathtub had gone yellow and the top layer was completely scarpped off. You can't keep a bathtub like that no matter what your rate is. The bathroom walls were not clean either. The hairdryer in the bedroom was sticky with other people's hair on it. I think for there are better options around for the same price.
Hotel was OK but room was awful. Air conditioning was non existent Toilet leaked and took several attempts to flush Ants were constantly crawling about the kitchen area Room was serviced OK, but the hotel obviously needs a refurbishment, as the appliances seemed very dated.
The hotel from the descriptions who accepted the page you were negative but is actually better. The hotel is clean and comfortable for everyone and families. Is close to shops and restaurants and this helps to those who do not want to use a car.
The studio room was a large size with the fridge and the sink. It was quite hot in the room as the air con was a bit weak for the July heat. There was no room service on Sun (which was not announced as it's apparently the common practice there) and no towel change service at all. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the small sandy beach, which was very crowded, but as you walk a few meters further there is a rocky beach but with very few people and crystal clear water. Overall the hotel is quite okay for the money.
