Super zentral. Gutes Frühstück und nettes, hilfsbereites Personal.

Es gibt weder Bodylotion noch Wattepads etc. Die Klimaanlage tönt etwas laut.

Das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück war unser Highlight. Der Service war sehr freundlich und über die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen haben wir uns sehr gefreut.

Die Zimmer sind pragmatisch eingerichtet, leider hat es in unserem Zimmer sehr unangenehm muffig und unsauber gerochen.

"Sehr zentral in Ulm!"

Sehr zentral gelegen mit Parkhaus direkt unter dem Hotel [12 € pro Nacht]. Zimmer war relativ groß und das Frühstück war lecker. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, muss man die Fenster öffnen und dann kann es von der Straße her etwas laut sein. Die Bettwäsche ist nicht weich, fast schon unangenehm.

Die Lage zum Ulmer Münster

Das Personal im Frühstücksraum, nicht freundlich und schwer verständlich! Die Präsentation und die Auswahl hat sehr nachgelassen. Wir waren vor 10 Jahren bei der damaligen Frau Thea Aulinger wöchentlich zu Gast und es war hervorragend! Bitte wieder daran orientieren!
