It was a nice place to stay.

The pool was not warm, but it is the winter…so maybe that is me.

Upon checking into the hotel, we did not have hot water. We were not informed about this when we checked in; we found out when we attempted to take a shower. We spoke to the front desk and after asking multiple times, we were simply told "we will fix it." No time frame, no offer to be moved. We were without hot water until 11pm. In addition to this, the faucets were leaking in the hotel room, and there were underwear or a bathing suit thrown on the pool floor and left there. I had asked a maid for extra towels and was met with attitude and an eye roll. On top of this, I was double charged for my two night stay. It just seemed like there was one problem after another, for only two nights. Staff seemed unwilling to help, or had attitude about helping. I will be avoiding this hotel in the future.

Front office staff was extremely pleasant and great to deal with. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable

Breakfast wasn’t great. Eggs were egg beaters, sausage looked undercooked, potatoes were cold. Bagel was good.

Easy to find location , clean room , breakfast included , coffee machine a plus , overall very nice hotel.

I had one room while family members traveled from other states and had three additional rooms there. We haven't seen each other in many years and were gathered in the lobbby on Friday evening around 6pm. Talking, laughing, sharing memories, catching up and one of the hotel staff came around from the hallway into the lobby and told us to keep it down and be quiet. We call found this extremely rude and uncalled for. Also one of the cleaning staff lurk over you while you are getting your breakfast in the morning, kind of strange.
