Handy location for station and bus to Charleroi airport.Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent - huge choice. Beds were comfortable.

The first room we were given had a toilet which didn't flush. Apparently they knew there were problems with that - so why even offer it? No hand towels were offered so we had to ask for them. Having unpacked we then had to repack and go another room which was bigger but looked out onto MacDonalds so was a bit noisy. Overall, the hotel is rather tired and needs updating.
