"A lovely hotel and stay"

The staff were incredibly helpful with making arrangements for us. The food was lovely. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Nice pool area. We had spa treatments which were very good

I didn’t like the pre-stay communication at all. It was so frustrating that I almost cancelled our stay, although I’m glad I didn’t. Unfortunately this has removed some of the hotel score for me.
