Las instalaciones, muy bien, ubicación muy céntrica, desayuno muy variado y rico, cama muy cómoda

Cuando llegue al hotel el personal de la recepción me indico que mi reserva estaba anulada y esa información no me llego, lo cual encontré muy extraño, creo que fue porque mi habitación se la asignaron a otra persona por equivocación y no quisieron asumir, solucionaron entregando una habitación doble para mi compañera y para mí lo cual afecto mi privacidad, además se en la reserva solicitó un estacionamiento en el hotel y no lo tenían, tampoco nos dieron la información de horarios de desayuno, Wifi y horario de funcionamiento del restaurante, ese fue paso con el personal de la tarde noche, por que el personal del día fueron muy amables.

La verdad nada.

El estacionamiento pequeñisimo, baño con fuga de agua. Monomando shower todo oxidado, se salia toda el agua de la tina. No bajaba bien el agua del WC, también se nota que las cañerías están tapadas, no bajaba el agua del lavamanos. En el restaurant pedimos jugos y eran de esos embasados, también al momento de retirarme el personal se río porque pregunte lo de la retención a mi tarjeta de crédito.
