City Express by Marriott Tempe

The noise from the freeway from vehicles passing through was too loud.

Below average stay for price. Mediocre breakfast and lots of outside noise. Hardly a disaster, just nothing special.

The night we arrived was ok, fan was on and off all night, sink and tub backed up with debris, key card had to be re-activated. Definitely wasn’t worth the price.

Only thing missing was a towel rack in the bathroom, safety bar in the shower and no shampoo provided, no safety strips in tub. Other than that, you thought of everything. Comfort pillows, bed, microwave and fridge. Great bath towels

Was close to the event we were attending

I enjoyed the location it was near Arizona State University. I was exhausted from 5 hour drive and then my graduation right after. I asked what time is check out and was informed 1100 and was denied a late check out at noon. That was my only customer service complaint. The from desk lady was not willing to accommodate. I still left a tip for the workers as the rooms were great and comfortable but disappointed at the front desk lady.

Hotel room was super noisy, from the mini fridge to the AC. I did not sleep. The mini fridge sounded like something was scratching from the inside and when the AC turned on it was super loud almost sounded like a big rig running through the room. It was in a convenient area but I definitely will not stay at this hotel again. Breakfast was good but that was about it.

Not the best hotel to stay at. Room was outdated. Carpet smelt old. Very loud from the airplanes landing.

Hotel was clean and a good place to stay. Breakfast was adequate.
