"I will never return here. The bath has small cockroaches and lizards are in the room too. Worst experience"

We like the area that is big and cheerful

Please don’t stay here. In the middle of night with a kid, the air conditioning broke down. An engineer came to the room multiple times and doing electrical works at 12am midnight to fix this while our kid unable to sleep. They expect us to pack everything in the mid of night sleep to another room. When we reported, the blame us again. Insane

My son and I enjoy the swimming pool very much. The bed is comfortable. We really enjoy staying here.

None. But I wish I was offered a cookie when check in. The smell of the cookies is really nice.

"A good place to relax if you want a short break from KL city"

The check in process was fast and smooth. Love receiving warm cookies as we check in....such a unusual yet lovely gift. Makes us feel at home. Enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. It's rare to find pools with a deeper depth (1.5 metres) in other hotels. It was clean and a perfect way to start our day with an early morning swim.

The breakfast spread was just adequate and the variety was almost exactly the same as our last stay here. Would be nice to have a proper coffee machine that offers latte, cappuccino etc. instead of pre-mixed coffee.
