Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Kein Kaffeezubereitung auf dem Zimmer möglich. Nur an der Rezeption erhältlich, wenn Personal dazu Lust hatte.

eigentlich gutes hotel, tolles fruehstueck mit tollem ausblick im 16. stock. bei 34 grad aussentemperatur war die klimaanlage defekt. hatte aber genau wegen einer klimaanlage das hotel gebucht. beim check in um 22.00 keine info darueber, geflissentlich uebergangen. im zimmer war es super warm. anruf an der rezeption, da hiess es, die klimaanlage wird gerade neu gestartet. war echt keine gute nacht. am morgen hiess es, dass heute die handwerker schon da waeren und das ersatzteil, welches seit donnerstag nicht da war, mit dabei haetten. bis mittag waere alles wieder repariert... toll, wenn man sich drauf verlaesst. ...und dann doch nix geht. auch die naechste nacht war sehr warm und von erholung keine spur. nirgends eine info, kein "entschuldigung" - nix. schade, hat das eigentlich schoene wochenende echt kaputt gemacht. :-(

Ihre Buchungssystematik ist uns fremd. Keine Rückzahlung bei rechtzeitiger Stornierung! Sie werben mit Schwimmbad. In gehobenen Häusern bedeutet das, ab 7.00 Uhr kostenlos kurz schwimmen zu gehen- vor dem Frühstück! Bei ihnen ab 10.00 Uhr gegen Gebühr! Die Zimmer sind Spitze, das Personal sehr freundlich. Weiter empfehlen werde ich unterlassen.

"Tolles Hotel"

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Freundlicher Empfang. Sogar 2 Stunden eher als geplant. Zimmer gut. Gaststätte im 16.Stockwerk sehr gutes Angebot, auch zum Frühstück. Parken z.Z. etwas eingeschränkt wegen Bauarbeiten.

Motiviertes und engagiertes Team was die Corona -Beschränkungen gut in Griff hat und versucht ist das Optimale daraus zu machen um einen entspannten Aufenthalt für die Gäste zu organisieren.

"Tolles Hotel im Thüringer Wald "

Trotz kleinerer Corona bedingten Einschränkungen können wir das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Allein schon das Frühstück im 16.Stock ist Gold wert, auch wenn es gerade nicht das leckere Buffet gibt. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze und man hat ein live adventure Spiel gewonnen, erst such das Hotel, danach such dein Auto. Sicherheitshalber erst einmal für das Gepäck vorfahren. Schwimmbad nebenan ist super, besser als jedes Hotelbecken! 👍😀
