The receptionist tried very hard to resolve issues with our booking, including ringing booking.com , at the same time as we did.

Issues with our booking on their IT system. Witnessed other arrivals with issues as well. Breakfast was just juice, bad coffee, and terrible prepackaged donuts.

Great location

This hotel has became raggedy over the last year. Ive used this spot several times over the last few yrs never had complaints. I wanna say new owners and don't care about quality of rooms. Lights barely worked in either room I was in. TV didnt work. Floors felt slippery. Just overall this was my first really bad experience here. Went to another hotel near buy hoping for better.

The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty clean. The bathroom was spacious too

The room I got was a queen room, but it did NOT have a queen sized bed. It was a full, so that was a little deceptive. And while my partner and I were not handicapped, we had a disabled room.... And there is absolutely no way someone could get a wheel chair or walker around the bed. It was very small. In addition, the "breakfast" was small packaged donuts, coffee, and orange juice. That's it. Not what I have experienced in other hotels.
