Quality Inn & Suites Augusta Fort Gordon Area

We were without running water let of the night and all morning until we checked out. We couldn’t use the bathroom, brush our teeth or shower for work. And no one wanted to help with the situation or come up with a remedy. They were only concerned about us checking out right on time. What about the fact that we can’t use the water?

The pictures made it look better than it actually was. Definitely need some updates in the bathroom. The beds were comfy. Didn’t eat breakfast there. Not a place I'll go back to. Customer service could have been better.

If there was a negative review button! DID NOT FEEL SAFE. Do not stay if you’re traveling alone. Overall smelled so dirty and stale like no cleaning products were used, smelled like nothing has ever been cleaned. The entire room just felt unsafe like someone could have gotten in. It’s was just me and my sister who are traveling alone and we thought we had book something totally different than what we received. I would love to receive a refund because we immediately checked out and did not stay

The property is in the middle of construction or painting or something, was not made aware. The bed moved every time I did. The room felt nasty, old, and had a smell. Breakfast was a muffin, juice, coffee, and something I couldn't figure out what exactly it was.
