The sheets smelled bad and the cigarette smell was very strong

set up like a 1 bedroom.

Room was clean. No iron or hair dryer in the room.

The room was dirty, there were holes in the main door and the bathroom door, staines all over the walls and the curtains, the lamp cover was broken as well. I did not even want to sit on the bed. The whole place smelled like cigarettes including the hallway! We staid for a couple of hours but just couldn’t get over the smell and making it hard for us to breathe so we ended up leaving.

The person at the front desk was not helpful at all, he wanted to give me a room that a smoker was in, and I am allergic to smoke, and I specifically told him no. The property also shows that it has a pool there is no such thing. I left the property immediately when he couldn’t provide me with what I needed.

The staff at the front desk are always available to you and very nice to deal with

Any items were too minor to mention, common hotel issues were seen to and resolved promptly by front desk staff. No problems.
