The beds were comfortable and the location was good.

It had a funny smell when you walked into the hotel and the rooms. We had to light some candles and spray some Febreeze. Also the freezer part of our refrigerator was packed with ice. The hallway carpets need shampooing and the doors into the dining room were filthy and looked germ infested.
