Location

During the check in I paid £15 for the swimming and jacuzzi but the receptionist didn’t told me the jacuzzi wasn’t working only found out after going there , the staff at the swimming really didn’t seems to care Asked for a room to be serviced it wasn’t cleaned , ask the receptionist, no apologies no remorse just smiled and handed over some towels , asked for new bathrobes said he was coming in 5 min 24 hours nothing happened Room was ok but don’t know why had a sofa facing the wall Keeping in mind my wife is pregnant cleaning was very important but the staff didn’t care at all Ask for tea and coffe and hot chocolate only got hot chocolate the receptionist didn’t have anything else didn’t bother to find more Asked for late check one for 30 min longer they asked to £25
