"Ein gutes Hotel, um Biarritz zu erkunden!"

Sehr freundliches Personal!!! Das Zimmer war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war qualitativ gut. Die Lage ist für das Erkunden der Stadt ideal. Ein typisches AKENA Hotel - seinen Preis mehr als wert.

Le personnel très sympa, l’emplacement et le calme. Le petit dej avec des produits de qualité et locaux. Les wc séparés de la salle d’eau et la propreté.

"Für kurzen Aufenthalt gut"

+ Fußläufige Lage zu Altstadt und Strand Ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof

- Wenig Aufenthaltsqualität, sehr beengt Komische Zimmeraufteilung: WC hinter separater Tür, aber ohne Waschbecken Zimmer und Hotel sind ein Mix aus „alt“ und „teilweise saniert“. Schlechter Kaffee in der Lobby Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht, dazu kann ich also nichts sagen.

Beds were not comfortable. The room was noisy because of the proximity to the street, parking was provided for the customers with a fee of 25 euros per day.

La propiedad está bien, en general! Muy buena ubicación y los cuartos están bien, el hotel es muy bonito .

Lamentablemente el staff fue muy poco amigable. El check in comenzaba a las 2 pm y no fue hasta las 5 que tuvieron las habitaciones listas. Además, no querían respetar nuestra reservación ya que no tenían lo que nosotros habíamos reservado, argumentando que estaban llenos y que dieron nuestras habitaciones a otras personas. Al final, logramos hacer que nos dieran lo que habíamos reservado pero no fue fácil y una de las personas era cero flexible. Al final nos solucionaron pero lamentablemente se nos fue casi todo el día en eso… (parece ser que no tenían un muy buen control/ orden de las reservas)

The place was nice the only problem was we were given double beds even we asked for twins. Unfortunately the problem was solved only when another shift came as the 1st shift was not willing to help us.. 2nd room great 1st very bad.. hope they all like the 2nd guy that helped us..
