"Armeisen im Zimmer, Rezeption reagiert nicht gut."

4:30 Nachts komplettes Zimmer voller Armeisen. Ekelhaft. Rezeption gab uns darauf ein Zimmer mit kleinerem Bett und nur einer Bettdecke. Darauf nochmal zur Rezeption und ein anderes Zimmer gefordert. Daraufhin nochmals mit alles Sachen umgezogen. Dies war ziemlich unnötig & auch die Armeisen im Zimmer/Badezimmer waren ekelhaft.

This is the best value hotel, high quality and super friendly. Their breakfast is excellent and their staff always very attentive .

It’s a bit out of town, made up for by its proximity to a park, and the motorway is not far away for ease of arrival

"In Saarbrücken werde ich künftig ein anderes Hotel wählen"

Gute Ausstattung, sauber, ordentlich, schöne Einrichtung

1. Wenn ich Filter 'Klimaanlage' bei Booking.com einschalte, erscheint dieses Hotel. Leider keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, nur transportable Lüfter 2. Restaurant bei Besuch im Jahr 2025 sehr gut, sowohl Service und als auch Küche. Bei diesem Besuch im Jahr 2026 leider sehr verschlechtert: die Küche scheint überfordert, z.B. Panade verbrannt, getrüffeltes Gratin vergessen und dann auf die Schnelle unfertig serviert, Tischreservierung für einen bestimmten Tisch wird zugesagt und nicht eingehalten, Abendkarte am zweiten Abend halbiert, wohl, weil 3 Gruppen Buffet bekommen haben. Oberkellner sagt, wir nehmen keine Reservierungen für bestimmte Tische an, obwohl genau dies zuvor zuvor zugesagt und von mir explizit gewünscht war. Und darauf angesprochen lächelt dann alles weg. Schade, hätte dieses Restaurant gerne in besserer Erinnerung behalten.
