Hotel Focus SFO

It was HORRIBLE. Arrived back from Europe. Waited for shuttle - OK. Waited endlessly in line to check in. They knew they had a large number coming in on shuttle, so they only have one really slow clerk. Finally got our key, went to our room, opened the door - Occupied by another couple and all their belonging! I am a disabled, elderly woman. I will not stay somewhere unsafe. There is no safety system for the dispersement of keys. I won’t be beaten, killed, or robbed due to inadequate safety. All they said was “Sorry, it was a mistake.” I had to have a meltdown in the lobby and threaten to call the police to get a refund. We then had to drive, exhausted, hours home. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! DANGEROUS!!!!

There was garbage in the room when we got in. Leaving the car there is worrisome.

No car parking

That don’t have car parking and they have ask me to cancel my booking after going there.

Nothing could not stay there they do not allow cats only dogs. And I had my cat with me had to make other reservations late at night to go and stay. Would appreciate my money back Thanks 2092416655 Sarel van der merwe

Zimmer war soweit sauber. Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse okay, Waffeln waren aber vorgefertigt und warmgehalten. Sehr nah zum Flughafen und Rental Car Center.

Das Hotel liegt in keiner schönen Ecke, es ist ein Flughafenhotel. South San Francisco wirkt insgesamt nicht schön. Der Parkplatz kostet uns 15$ die Nacht, jedoch war es fast unmöglich einen freien Platz zu finden, eine Frechheit Gäste für das Suchen eines Parkplatzes auch noch zahlen zu lassen. Die Mehrheit der Parkplätze schien untervermietet zu sein, sodass für die Hotelgäste kaum ein Platz frei war. Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank. Die Zimmer sind recht abgewohnt und sehr hellhörig. Das Bad ist winzig und am Waschbecken gibt es keine wirklichen Ablageflächen. Nebeneingänge des Hotels waren teilweise zu. Da nichts am Hotel oder Zimmer einladend ist, waren froh, als wir auschecken konnten. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht wirklich weiterempfehlen, da es im Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis wiederum zu teuer ist und die Parkplatzsituation einfach unverschämt ist.
