The location was ideal! I didn't realize we were so close to the beach with soooo many trails to choose from. We did a lot of walking. In addition, we loved walking to the different areas to have meals. Loved the small coffeeshop nearby. No issues with crowds being that it was Springtime

It's getting better and better every time we come.

Love the location and proximity to great restaurants and the ocean.

The property was great but we paid for a full view and basically all we could see was a big thick wood railing. The chairs were mostly comfortable but so low that all we could see from a seated position was the dang railing. So disappointing.

The location is perfect. The beds are comfortable. It’s close to lovely restaurants.

For the cost, we would have expected the room to be serviced at the very least, every other day. No breakfast or snack options, again for the price we expected a higher level of service

Location

During our recent stay, we encountered multiple significant issues that made the experience extremely disappointing. The toilet in our room was not functioning properly and would not flush. We had to remove the tank lid and manually adjust the lever inside just to get it to work. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, with springs pressing into our backs, which severely impacted our ability to rest. Additionally, the air conditioning did not work, leaving the room uncomfortable throughout our stay. The issues extended beyond the room itself. At check-in, the front desk staff appeared unfamiliar with the property and were unaware that a fitness facility even existed. When we located it ourselves, the fitness room was dirty and several pieces of equipment were missing parts, making it unusable. Customer service was equally disappointing. During check-in, we were asked to “hang on” while staff took a personal phone call, leaving us waiting in the lobby for approximately seven minutes and causing us to be late for an appointment. We were then spoken to dismissively for not knowing details about the property, despite not being provided with any information or a map upon arrival. Overall, these issues made the stay far from pleasant and did not reflect the level of quality we expected. We were unable to fully enjoy or utilize the accommodations we paid for.
