Politeness of staff, location, hot breakfast

Quality of bed sheet (doesn't feel like cotton), the strong scent of commercial laundry detergent on beddings, squeaky sound of hallway floor.

"Impressive! Excellent Value!"

We stayed here for the first time and were very impressed! Our room was spotless with no musty smell, nicely spacious, and the air conditioning is super quiet yet works perfectly. We loved having a microwave in the room (rare for hotels!). The bathroom was clean too! Staff were all super friendly, and breakfast is a great buffet :) We heard the hotel just finished its renovation, and it shows! The lobby feels bright and modern, with tables and seating area, with complimentary coffee/tea. Overall, for a budget-friendly hotel this is surpass our expectation! Wow.
