Noise from construction site

Very comfortable and clean bed Room very quiet

some areas not as clean as they could be, eg between cushions on couch

The property was affordable and perfectly located. The staff we excellent and accommodating

The carpet was dated, the jacuzzi didn’t work. Walking off the elevator to our floor, there was a strong smell of urine.

The facilities were poor. Spa was out of order and pool was VERY cold

Great location, spacious room

Management has changed hands since I first started staying at this hotel last year, and now they require a $200 deposit on check in. It’s a bit steep for a hotel that isn’t exactly 5 stars. I pay in advance so I don’t need to worry about payment once I check in. And they will not accept cash even though they let me pay cash last time. And it’s very strange that they don’t provide bath plugs or slip mats for the shower. You don’t see the sign until you get into the shower. I actually slipped this time, but luckily didn’t fall. This is a safety issue.

imy room was on the top level. firstly the upkeep of the level outside of your room is terrible, its dirty, run down and looks like its been forgotten about. the room had terrible view, no cell reception and wifi was just not worth the hassle. pretty sure i saw a rat or mouse running aroumd at night, the safe didnt work, just to name a few things
