Seasons Botanic Gardens

Our location was fantastic! The fact that transportation is free for the month of May made our stay even more fantastic! We were so close to the Botanical Gardens which we loved!

I left things in the room and staff where not helpful when I called after returning home .I feel they where taken by cleaners and not to list and found .very disappointing

The location is very good.

Poor servicing, faulty bed lamp, no utensils and limited crockery in kitchen, poor rubbish removal. Restaurant advertised but wis not open.

This motel was comfortable, it was a large apartment and had a functional easy to use kitchen. The pool was easy to access, god temperature for swim laps. It was a five minute walk to Tram and Train stations (Anzac)and the Melbourne Botanic Gardens were directly across the street. We were lucky as all public transport was free for April and we used train, bus and metro to go to St Kilda, Geelong & Victoria Markets. The weather was lovely. We took a coach journey to Philip Island and watched the Penguin Parade.

It was not an issue. But there was so many people everywhere. The city and surrounds we're buzzing. But it was the school holidays.

NOTHING AT ALL WORST PLACE EVER Dont stay here they say they are 4 star what a joke! No Smart TVs in any of there rooms, no food when we stayed there had to order uber eats, out of 3 TV (2) two did not work when i rang down to reception no-one answered then the guy came up with the same shitty non smart tvs and replaced them Toshibas bout 30yr old they must have a room full of them to replace the broken ones you need to buy or upgrade to Smart TVS, we had NO Netflix NO Stan NO movies just standard 7,9,10 I can watch that any where in my home what a joke for a 4 star . Then when my partner went down to garage he was stuck down there as our keycard didn't work??WTAF.

not even a free bottle of water in fridge again pretty shit for 4 star? The shower was hopeless the tap was broken and get flicking from shower to bottom bath tap absolute joke for a 4 star we stayed at a hotel like a pub setting and it was cheaper and way better smart TV big screen on walls and awesome shower and comfy beds, at the seasons Botanic Gardens Beds felt like cement. and beware if you go out on to balcony it drops off and i nearly broke my ankle no sign to say that theses a bad hazard would never stay there again and my advice to other ppl dont waste you money time or effort and when i raised these to the staff care factor was 0 a refund should of been offered!

It was budget friendly

Would have preferred a separate shower
