"Overall we had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back!!!"

9.0

It was very close to the lake and all the restaurants, we were able to walk everywhere!

It would’ve been nice if the restaurant was opened at night , if only for drinks.

"The only bad part about our anniversary weekend"

1.0

Was not happy about our stay. Lake Geneva itself was beautiful. We were there for our anniversary. Staff service was disappointing from the beginning. Stuff broke in our room, after an hour of waiting for maintenance, called back to cancel request. The price of the room for no view was insane and no accommodation to upgrade. We are not the people to make a big deal either, we asked nicely for things and in return we got bad service. The pictures are dishonest, just be honest that the building is very old and outdated and price accordingly. Seems when people are mean to staff they get their way, just not who we are though.
