La posizione era comoda per un giro in paese, la struttura è bella e le zone comuni sono molto curate in stile montagna. La spa ha un percorso benessere molto ricco e ben fatto. Il personale gentile e disponibile.

La camera nonostante fosse una exclusive, non corrispondeva pienamente alle foto. Al posto della doccia una scomoda vasca da bagno con doccino. Impianto di areazione in bagno non funzionante. Segni di usura e del tempo in bagno, e sul balcone cavi aperti e tubi che uscivano dal muro. Nota negativa per la vasca idromassaggio nella spa che risultava con acqua tiepida tendente al freddo.
