Very good Hotel with all all confort. Clean room, good beds, linen exchanged every 2nd day. Quick laundry Service within a day, Even without Express Service. Excellent 28m 3 lanes pool, sauna and very good gym with outside view. Only inconvénience was the not working A/C. With up to 27C degrés on the room ( outside 20C/ Autumn ). Apparently the a/c was off in the entire hotel, so that might be for Energy saving reasons. Supermarkets, coffees, Restaurants in walking distance. Metro station around 700m away.

The location and facility are both great

- I booked through corporate account. The corporate Visa card that works everywhere else didn't work at this hotel. - The front desk staff didn't know how to sent receipt to US telephone number. Perhaps it is not supported at all. - The front desk staff refused to print a hard copy of receipt. He claimed that everything now is electrified as if I shouldn't have requested a hard copy. - The front desk staff refuse to send receipt as an email attachment. My understanding is that the hotel team doesn't know how to deal with international guests. They make a lot of assumptions such that everyone uses domestically popular payment methods e.g., wechat or alipay.

We stayed previously in other Wanda Hotels and chose it because of it’s known quality and comfort.

The aircon wasn’t working in our room. We called the staff and they told us it’s working. After one day in an overheated room we changed the room. They gave us a low level corner room which was much older and less comfortable but cooler. The same situation: the aircon and heating system wasn’t functioning. We finally gave up to complain. It’s not the same quality as we used to get from Wanda brand hotels.
