The food , staff and room was spectacular. but if you want to go to Mumbai to shop its to far out.

The pictures show a pool but their is no pool and we had to go use the pool at Bastion which was not a good experience and we felt very unwelcome with every one staring. why offer that service to your guests if they are going to be treated that way.

Location is great. Housekeeping staff, Bellboy and doorkeepers are all wonderful. Breakfast is okay, acceptable, average. Reception area is nice and cooling

Noise from the new private club which has taken over the swimming pool and surrounding area. Effectively the hotel does not have a swimming pool anymore. Hotel guests have to go through the barriers to use the pool at limited times. 4-5 Sunbeds are plonked in one corner. The original beachside hotel atmosphere is sadly lost.

great location on the beach and excellent shopping near by.

reception area is very dated with old uncomfortable sofas. Bathrooms and towel were below standard. lots of noise till very late night.
